Attached please find your completed SLPI Report to be used in your Personal Leadership Assessment assignment. As you review the results it is important to remember that this report is not a judgement of how well you do the five leadership practices included in the framework, it is an observation of how often you do the identified behaviors. It is likely that in some areas your self-assessment will align closely with your observer feedback and in other areas there may be a difference in how you perceive the frequency in which you engage in that behaviors and the assessment of your observers. The results of this assessment should assist you with determining areas where you might want to focus attention as you develop your leadership skills. The SLPI Student Guide is also attached. Please review the guide prior to reading your results and then again as you look at your results so that you understand the context of the report and how it can best be used.
